terms of use

1. acceptance of terms

by downloading, installing, or using the lowkey mobile application ("app"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("terms"). if you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. description of service

lowkey is a social media monitoring tool that allows users to view publicly available follow activity. the app provides the ability to search and track public profiles, notifications when tracked profiles follow or unfollow accounts, and historical activity logs of follow changes. lowkey only accesses publicly available information.

3. eligibility

you must be at least 13 years old to use this app. by using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. account registration

to use certain features, you must create an account using apple sign in or google sign in. you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. subscriptions and payments

lowkey offers auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock premium features. by purchasing a subscription:

• payment is charged to your apple id account at confirmation of purchase
• subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• you can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings > apple id > subscriptions
• no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term

6. acceptable use

you agree not to use the app to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person; violate any applicable law or third-party rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or any systems; reverse engineer or decompile the app; or use automated systems to access the app.

7. intellectual property

the app, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by lowkey and protected by intellectual property laws. you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our written permission.

8. disclaimer of warranties

the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the data provided will be accurate or complete.

9. limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, lowkey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. termination

we may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.

11. changes to terms

we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
